Lenovo Vibe K5 Up For Open Sale From July 4
Lenovo’s latest smartphone Lenovo Vibe K5 would now go on open sale from July 04. The company has announced the news in its official blog. Amazon would be the official online retailer from where buyers can buy the phone. The company reportedly has sold over 100,000 units of the phone in the past two flash sales. Lenovo has intensified its production to meet the demand and supply gap. With the open sale model, buyers won’t be forced to register first to purchase the phone.
The Lenovo Vibe K5 is dual SIM smartphone and would available in Indian markets at a price tag of Rs 8,499. Let’s recall phone’s core specifications.
Lenovo Vibe K5 Technical Specifications
The Lenovo Vibe K5 is an Android 5.1 Lollipop-based smartphones that sports a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display, and is powered by a 1.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 SoC that’s coupled with 2GB of RAM. It houses a 13-megapixel rear camera with flash, and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The phone comes packed with 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB). The Lenovo Vibe K5 is powered with a 2750mAh removable battery, measures 142x71x8.2mm, and weighs 150 grams.

On connectivity front, the Lenovo Vibe K5 includes Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM, 3G, 4G (with support for Indian LTE networks). The phone also has proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, accelerometer, and gyroscope.
