Google Chrome for Android Tests a Tab Toolbar at Bottom
It’s quite daunting and uneasy experience to open and manage multiple tabs on chrome browser on mobile.
This is pretty easy on desktop computers and tablets since they have much bigger space that allows users to view and switch between tabs easily.
To address the inconvenience, Google is reportedly testing a method to turn tabbed browsing on chrome mobile browser a soothing experience.
As per the reports, the tech giant is found testing a toolbar placed at the bottom of the app where all the open tabs will be displayed.
As it’s appeared in the screenshots above, a tab toolbar is placed at bottom. The tab toolbar lets users tab on individual website icons to switch between their open tabs.
Users can also display all the open websites in a grid layout by simply tapping the up arrow icon.
