Xiaomi MI Max Prime To Go On Sale From October 18

Xiaomi has announced that the sale for Xiaomi MI Max phablet will commence from October 17. The device Mi Max Prime is priced at Rs. 19,999 and will be available on Mi.com Diwali sale. The company had announced the device during the MI Max launch earlier in June this year.

MI Max Prime processor And Storage

The only difference that MI Max Prime has with MI Max is it RAM, processor and internal storage. While the Mi Max is powered by a Snapdragon 650 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage, the Mi Max Prime features a Snapdragon 652 processor with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage.

Other specifications of the MI Max Prime are similar to the Mi max. The Xiaomi Mi Max Prime features a hybrid dual-SIM configuration, and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow-based MIUI 8. The phone flaunts a 6.44-inch full-HD (1080×1920) 342ppi display. Its inbuilt storage can be expanded up to 128 GB via a microSD slot.

For photography geeks, the device has a 16-megapixel rear camera with phase detection autofocus (PDAF), f/2.0 aperture, and LED flash under the hood. The phablet doesn’t even disappoint selfie lovers, as it flaunts a high-res 5-megapixel front camera on board with 85-degree wide-angle view.

MI Max Prime Connectivity

Besides, the Xiaomi Mi Max Prime houses a long lasting 4850mAh battery, which reportedly can offer up to 14 hours of video playback. On connectivity front, the device supports 4G LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ A-GPS with Glonass, and Wi-Fi 802.11ac with Mimo.

The phone measures 173.1×88.3×7.5mm and weighs at 203 grams. The device also an infrared emitter to act as a universal remote control, apart from an ambient light sensor, gyroscope, accelerometer, and proximity sensor.
