Twitter Unveils Republic Day Emoji To Celebrate 67th Indian Republic Day
Micro blogging social network Twitter has unveiled #Republic Day Emoji commemorating India’s 67th Republic Day. Twitter users can implement the Emoji by using the hashtag #RepublicDay while composing a message. Adding the Emoji adds an awesome and truly patriotic interpretation of the Indian tricolor after the hashtag in the sent Tweet.
While launching the Emoji, head of news, government & politics partnerships at Twitter India, Raheel Khursheed said:

Emojis have become a popular form of expression on our platform, and are a fun way to be part of conversations across borders. We are thrilled to give users a new way to join in the public conversation on Republic Day.
The company made the Emoji available for users at 11 PM on Monday. It gives users an enthusiastic way of celebrating the Indian Republic Day with messages to Indians worldwide. The #RepublicDay emoji was launched by Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor.
