Soon Samsung Smart TVs will Remotely Access Your PC
You will soon be able to access your PC via your Samsung smart TV. If reports are to be believed, Samsung smart TVs in 2019 will be powered to control and display apps installed on your PC, laptop or smartphone.
To make it done, Samsung smart TVs will come packed with a Remote Access feature. The feature will allow users to remotely access their devices through a wireless connection. In case user wants to access his desktop via Samsung TV, it can be done through an IP network. Likewise, for laptops and mobile, it can be done through your WiFi.
While announcing the capability, Hyogun Lee, Samsung Electronics’ Executive Vice President of Visual Display Business, said:
Samsung is committed to creating an intuitive and convenient user experience for consumers. With Remote Access, consumers will be able to easily access various programs, apps and cloud services installed on multiple connected devices directly through their TV screen. We will continue to collaborate with our partners to expand the compatibility of Remote Access and provide more services to our users.
To access your computing and mobile devices through your smart TV, You’re required to connect a mouse and a keyboard to the smart TV. This way, users can access a PC in their bedroom while relaxing in the living room.
The feature will also allow users a quick access to web browser-based cloud office service to let them can open work files directly on the TV.
