Tech conglomerate Oracle is going to launch a new holistic, unified eClinical solution that will be working on cloud service model. The solution will help drug manufacturers bring drugs to the market in a timely manner, without compromising maintaining quality and safety.
Oracle Unified Cloud-based eClinical Solution
The solution, dubbed “Clinical One Platform” aims at unifying clinical development operations and information in an integrated manner. The solution will have an easy-to-use interface for sites and shared functions for clinical coordinators and their counterparts.
Oracle’s Clinical One Platform will help companies to market drugs faster, eliminate redundancies in the process and make it more efficient.
In a statement Jim Streeter, Global Vice President Life Sciences Product Strategy, Oracle, said the following:
“The Oracle Health Sciences Clinical One platform is the only cloud environment built from the ground to support the core capabilities required for effective study management throughout the entire clinical development lifecycle — from design and planning, to start-up and conduct, to close-out and post-marketing.”
In addition to that In addition, Oracle also announced its first capability Clinical One Randomization and Supplies Management using the new platform. Oracle said that the aim behind the launch of Clinic One platform is to help organizations accelerate the entire drug development process by eliminating redundancies and creating process efficiencies without affecting safety and compliances.
