4 Things About Moto Z Droid Smartphones You Must Know
With Moto Z Droid, Motorola has finally made their debut in modular range of smartphones. If we put the phone in a row with other smartphones of similar genre, there are several things that this phone brings that seem awe-inspiring and really distinct. Let’s pick them one by one:
The phone is without headphone Jack:
Moto Z Droid is thinner than ever, which is why the makers of the device kept away from headphone jack. Instead, the device includes a USB Type-C to 3.5mm audio jack converter in the box.
Completely Modular, Awesome:
The phone comes packed with MotoMod, snapped onto the back of the device. User are allowed to use several attachments via mods including a powerful speaker from JBL and a Moto-designed projector as well as extra battery packs and uniquely designed shells. They all connect to the Z through magnets. Motorola may have plans to add more modules to the device, so recently announced a MotoMod developer program.
A variant of this phone is called the Moto Z Force Droid. Which is when dropped from ridiculous heights, doesn’t break or shatter.
Device Is ‘Thin’ Like Anything:
At 5.2mm thickness, the device is one of the thinnest phones we have ever seen.
