Microsoft To Launch E-commerce Store In India By November
Microsoft has decided to open its maiden e-commerce store microsoftstore.in in India in early November. Tech giant operates e-commerce stores across globe to deliver its products.
In USA, Microsoft sells all Microsoft products including software and XBOX gaming through their e-commerce stores. In India, so far, Microsoft only provides software downloads from its official site.
But with the launch, scenario will be changed. According to officials, company planned to launch the store around Deepawali but some inevitable reasons led to the delay.
Recently several leading retailers have flagged-off their e-commerce ventures in India. Arvind Mills and Aditya Birla group are a few among them.
In a news clip published in Economic times, Microsoft admitted that they couldn’t afford the delay any more since it’s already too late.
