Google+ To Split In Streams and Photos. Google Might Wrap Up Its Social Network
Google’s almost failed social network Google+ is probably at its dead end. If speculations are true, Google+ is going to split in two separate services photos and streams. However, Google didn’t reveal the details of how it’s being planned. Google has a history of launching products that were failed badly and forced Google to abandon them.
Google Wave and Google Helpouts are two prominent examples of the same. Google+ is also heading to the same fate as of now.
No one else but Bradley Horowiz, VP of Photos and Streams triggered the speculation. On Google+, he said that rumors are true and big changes are about to happen in terms of Google+. Though, he didn’t make any assertion of the future of Google+ as a social network.
“Just wanted to confirm that the rumors are true — I’m excited to be running Google’s Photos and Streams products! It’s important to me that these changes are properly understood to be positive improvements to both our products and how they reach user.
