Google May Allow Installing Android Apps Directly From The Search Results

Google is testing a new feature which will allow users to install Android apps directly within the search results. A user spotted and shared the screenshot on Google+.

With the feature, users won’t be forced to leave the search results to go to Google play and install the app. Instead, there would be an ‘install’ link right there in search result interface. They can click that link and download the app immediately.

Probably, the feature will only be applicable on Android devices for Android apps and not iOS devices for iOS apps. Nevertheless, the feature would be much needed feature to add to the Google mobile search results for downloading any app.
