Chemical Periodic Table Has Four New Permanent Elements

Scientists from Japan, Russia and USA have reportedly claimed to discover elements 113, 115, 117 and 118. With the discovery, seventh row of the periodic table is now completed.  International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry announced the discovery of elements 115, 117 and 118.

Chemical Periodic Table Has Four New Permanent Elements

IUPAC commented over the discovery and said:

“These elements complete the 7th row of the periodic table of the elements, and the discoverers from Japan, Russia and the USA will now be invited to suggest permanent names and symbols.”

The credit for the discovery of the element 113 was awarded to scientists from Japan, the first to be name named by Asian scientists.
