Asus Announces CT100 Chrome OS Tablet: All that We Know
After successful launching of its highly popular Chromebook devices for school goers and younger students, Asus is gearing up for its maiden Chrome OS tablet line up.

The Chrome Os Tablet dubbed Asus CT100 features a 9.7-inch touchscreen display and a perfect fit for younger kids who love playing via touchpad.
If go through the looks of the device, you will find it outfitted with a rubberized chassis. Display of the tablet is covered with scratch-resistant tempered glass. Either the settings prevent the tablet from damages and mishaps.
On specs front, the Asus CT100 Chrome OS Tablet is powered by Chromebook Hexa-core OP1 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of native storage. The device also has a USB-C port on-board for charging. The company claims that its long lasting and powerful 35Wh lithium-polymer battery can last for a day on a single charge.
Along with adding CT100 is to Asus’ Chromebook Education series, the company has also made available a range of updated laptop models as well. For instance, Asus’s Chromebook Flip C214 which is a 2-in-1 device that acts as both a laptop and tablet.
On specs front, the C214 sports an 11.6-inch HD display, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage with microSD support. The device may be powered by either an Intel N4000 or N4100 Celeron processor.
Moreover, the Asus CT100 Chrome OS Tablet comes packed with a spill-proof keyboard, two USB-C ports, and stylus support. One interesting addition would be the location of its world-view camera that now sits near the display hinge to the bottom right corner under the keyboard.
