Amazon Kindle App Gets Fresh Update: Community Feature Arrives

If you’re fond of Amazon’s kindle ebook reader, here come some fresh updates that will make your reading experience awesome. Amazon’s Kindle app has received a fresh update and a complete revamp.

With completely redesigned look, the app now allows users to switch between light or dark theme modes, a new feature that app got in this fresh update.

Moreover, a Goodreads feature has been integrated to let readers follow their friends’ list of books and discuss. Though, this feature is limited to iOs users for the moment.

In addition, with the update, the Kindle app brings larger book covers on both Android and iOS devices, new fonts, and a new logo. A completely redesigned bottom bar enables users to navigate easier through Kindle’s most popular features and switch between pages of a book, library, or personal bookstore.

The latest update to the Kindle app has also brought a new search bar for allowing quick searching throughout the app. Other features that arrived with the update include a Community tab comprising Goodreads discovery and discussion features. Community feature is however only available in the United States on iOS devices and may be coming to Android in a future release.
